The giveaway ended on January 10th, 2011. Secondly, you do not win a license instantly. The winners were chosen randomly using a fair system.

Anyways, you seem to be a fan of Vipre. Since you are unwilling to buy a license, you can either search the internet for a still running (100% legit) giveaway or give UnThreat Free Antivirus a try. UnThreat uses the Vipre engine.
