Problem is gandcrab uses very complex combination to encrypt files, so it's very hard to decrypt those files. btw, are your important files encrypted? at this moment, I ain't seeing much hope. Have you run any scan?

i used many scan of kaspersky etc for the decryotion and also programm of recovery file as stellar phoenix

hmmm.... You are really in a bad situation if all of your files are encrypted & you don't have any previous system image, probably there ain't much hope. you may use recuva or something like that to recover previous files... but before that delete the infector/encryptor with proper av engine...

Gand crab has totally 3 variants..1st one has decrypter as of now
Even mine were encrypted with 2nd variant
No AV vendor has the solution as of now
Try to send the report to DR WEB ,,they may do it with a price
