"AVG PC Tuneup", you should seriously consider uninstalling this shitware from your system. It will run way better without it, trust me. I say this from experience and not because of stereotypes towards AVG and these kind of products.

And what programming languages do you know (seeing SQL Server and Visual Studio) ?

You could easily do that via msconfig if you want. Will be way better if you ask. Or you could also use Autoruns of the Sysinternal Suite, but that requires a bit more knowledge.
