Every Time i delete OS of VM does it Format that OS or delete.

You mean delete the OS Folder inside your Documents? If so, it just deletes the whole configuration for that particular VM.

If you simply delete from the VMWare interface, you are not deleting anything.

Forgot to say one thing: When I say deletes the whole configuration, it means that VM will be gone and you will need to create a new VM.
