Battle VMware or Virtualbox?

Which one would you use and why? I'll be using it for testing AV's and other software. I like Virtualbox, which do you prefer?

I agree, but at times it's much easier to use a virtual machine.

Sad to see ZeroDay gone though.

How does VMWare update? Are they small incremental updates, or like VirtualBox with the whole package?

VirtualBox is always what i've been using.... I've used VMWare but i don't like it.

Vbox; smaller installer, easy to configure and free; only conflicts with Online Armor (if installed before OA) but there is a workaround to fix it.
