the current situation:
if you want to use the function "watch thread" (notifications about new post in a thread) then you only have 2 options:
* without receiving notofications
* and receive email notifications
my suggestion:
my suggestion is to add to this 2 options (to this dialogue/window) also these 3 new options:
* and receive email notifications:
A) "daily"
B) "weekly"
C) "twice a week"
The user will then receive one single short email that new messages (and how many new messages) have been posted. I think in most cases it's simply not necessary to send email-notifications to a memeber immediately after a new message has been posted in a watched thread.
