If I try to download the 15 day trial for AntiLogger Paid from Zemana's website, WSA tells me the site has malware.. Also I downloaded ZAL free, and the first run it was greyed out, would never turn green.. and now it won't start with Windows.. I should also mention that I just got a call from my bank saying that someone tried to clear out my checking account..

What's going on?

Windows 8 64, Webroot SecureAnywhere, Privatefirewall, EXE Radar Pro.

Try to upload the installer from Virustotal to see which other AV's found to be false or not.

If you believed its FP then report it or exclusion for a meantime.

Have you scanned your PC with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

I would also advise changing your password(s) or request a reset/new one from your bank.
