Weehav2.top redirecting my browser at random intervals

Weehav2.top seems to be the culprit, but I can't say for certain if it's the only one. When trying to redirect it often begins to load something entitled weehav2.top and then redirect to something else. Luckily it's nothing major, it's just annoying.

I'm at a loss of what to do since I've tried three anti-virus programs and the problem persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
