The OneDrive icons in File Explorer tell you the sync state of the file or folder.
Appearance | Icon | Meaning | Storage Use |
---|---|---|---|
Blue cloud outline | Indicates that the file is only available online | Online-only files don’t take up space on your computer | |
Green circle outline with tick | Downloads to your device when opened | Right-click the file and select "Clear space" | |
Green circle fill with white tick | Always keep on this device | Available offline |
