What is a free good Content/Web filter app for Android?

Hello!

I am searching for a good web filter app for Android. A free one that supports high customization, like making your own blacklist and whitelist. It could be a web browser (or extension) or a dedicated app.

Sophos Mobile Security is almost a perfect app, but does not allow for blacklisting.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Yes, as of now I am using Mobicip but it uses an outdated Firefox, couldn't open some clean sites. The latest Firefox doesn't support many addons.
