Then as suggested, CloudFlare is popular to be fast (probably because it is still not very popular), it is at:
1.1.1.1 and alternate server 1.0.0.1.

Keep in mind that CloudFlare is uncensored DNS which means it will not block anything either good or bad.

You may also try Quad9 which claims to respect privacy and does filter bad URLs.
You may search this forums for several threads regarding DNS servers and some tests being done on the popular ones.

Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 is currently listed as the fastest public DNS resolver worldwide:

This may not reflect the same results as you'd get, depending on where you live and where your closest DNS servers are located. I'd suggest running a DNS benchmark or use DNSJumper to test custom servers individually.

Most likely, one of those will do: 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 / 9.9.9.9 / 156.154.70.1 (UltraDNS)
