I just read that Tinywall is very good and I want to use it, but I also read this LINK :

it is not hard .it is very simple to configure
just install it and all firewall connections will be blocked by default
then create rule one by one for to allow the program you need manually
(for torrent clients i allow the connection for specific time not permanent (30 minutes ,1 or 2 hours depending on the estimated time for download)
