As seen in the notice on post #1:

This forum requires approval to join its activity. To create a more professional environment, the download links for the malware samples are hidden for non-approved members.
To join the Malware Hub group, you must have at least 100 posts. You can send a request to join the Malware Hub group to the Staff team.

To maintain a standard of professionalism and protect the integrity of the work done by those who are active (Verified Members) in the Malware Hub the following has been implemented:

1. Malware sample links as well as their accompanying passwords will be posted in a private vault.
2. Access to the private vault will be for the usergroups Verified Member and above.
3. Regular members will still be able to view the sample test results (including screenshots) in the Virus Exchange forum.
4. Those members below Verified Member with a minimum of 100 Post's "Active Member" who wish to participate in the Malware exchange forum can send a private conversation to one or both of the Malware Hub Moderators @Klipsh @Alkajak
   
5. The Malware Hub Moderators will be the authority on approving candidates for consideration to participate in the Malware Hub
6. Administrators will be the promoting authority for all Malware Hub candidates

Approval to participate in the Malware Hub is based upon some important factors which are:

1. Knowledge of the proper testing procedures.
2. Experience in the testing of Malware Samples.
3. Testing Malware Samples in a protected environment.
4. A professional attitude in all forums on the site.
5. The willingness to follow the posted rules governing participation in the Malware Hub.
6. The willingness to follow the posted testing procedure guidelines in the Malware Hub.
