If you are already using CCleaner, open it. Go to Tools => Disk Analyzer
Mark "Everything" under Categories. Analyze and see what's taking that space.

Try these commands in elevated command prompt or powershell:
  1. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
  2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
It will cleanup older windows update backups. Also check hibernate and page file sizes as well.
