Serious Discussion Which is More Accurate as a Network Monitor: GlassWire or Windows Network Data Usage?

I'm using GlassWire traffic monitor feature to check how often my apps connects to the internet and how much data it is using, before that I was using the Windows 11 built in data usage statics in the settings, but today I compared results from both for the last 24 hours, and it was completely different, so which one of them is more accurate?

Both tools can provide accurate data, but GlassWire is often considered more accurate because it offers more detailed information, including real-time data usage and historical data. Windows Network Data Usage is more basic and may not capture all data usage details.

I thought that settings are the same in Windows 10, but I checked now, and data usage statistics is not available in Windows 10.
