I can Install Nvidia together with Realtek?
Are compatible or I have unninstall first Realtek and then install Nvidia?

You need to understand the difference between software driver and hardware components.

If you don't have Nvidia audio card then no you can not install the software driver for it.

You have to pair your hardware devices with the correct software.

If you install a new Nvidia audio card inside your system then you can use the software driver package for it.
