Who provides the best DNS service ?

As the title states. What are the best DNS servers that can offer secure yet fast DNS service. OpenDNS, NortonDNS, FoolDNS, ComodoDNS are some of the DNS services that I heard of. People here can provide there opinions regarding reliable DNS services available now

How secure are these DNS servers really ?? I am bit worried about these DNS service providers whether they are trust worthy or not.
Data theft, etc, etc is what I worry about.

Verisign recently launched a Public DNS, which supposedly respects user's privacy, see their (terms of service) or continue to (read more).

How would you rate FoolDNS ?? (FoolDNS |  English Version). FoolDNS had ad/track blocking features as well. Does FoolDNS is a reputed and trust worthy DNS service provider ??

openNIC, OpenDNS.

I've not used any DNS since the shutdown of ClearCloud, so it's the first I've heard about FoolDNS. Check the web for review.

OpenDNS is reputable, also DNS Security with DNSCrypt | OpenDNS.

They varies on the speed response, however the category of blocking feature should be efficient next to each other.

Just an assurance that with 3rd party DNS, may experience delay browse than automatic default one.

Currently I am using Google DNS due to problems of stability and reliability of my ISP's DNS.
I will consider Verisign DNS.

Not over here, most of the time it is faster to change DNS and use a VPN it is much faster.
