Who Stalks My Cam is a tiny but efficient program designed to detect which and when an application is using your webcam(s) with or without your consent. You can design some rules to automatically decide an action to detected process ex: blocking webcam, closing process. You can also design a whitelist to avoid getting annoyed by the program for legit programs such as Skype but whitelist is to use with caution.
The application is 100% standalone and is available for both 32 and 64bit (native code)
