It may be that CFW identifies it as unrecognized. Just go into Unrecognized Files and then change the rating to "Trusted". Downloaded with no issue and scanned with CIS and no malware found so it should be safe. You can always try Comodo KillSwitch. You can install it in CIS/CFW or stand alone and it's a task manager with a lot more features.
Anyway, if your sure it's safe just allow on the pop-up that comes up.
Although the file is legitimately signed, Comodo must first whitelist (actually run and analyze) the application itself before it is considered Trusted. This is an important point as Comodo does not blindly allow signed malware to proceed- sort of a double check.
