why does the kudos button sometime appear and sometime the "Rate" link appears. this is very inconsistent design here

What Theme are you using?

The Kudos button should appear on all topics, however it may not function if you've reached your daily limit.

Could you send me a PM of any thread Ratings, and I'll see if I can sort them out.
