Guide | How To Wi fi monitoring

About a year ago I read a how to here on how to monitor your WiFi from your own windows without an app or download. Tried it, and it did work. Anyone know where that how to is? or can you explain how to? I'm having trouble finding it.

Open network & sharing center by clicking on wifi sig then press on see full map & it will show you who's connected

It will only work if your firewall is set to home,not public.
