Advice Request Will Chrome restart indefinately if...?

I have bookmarked this command on Chrome which restarts the browser.

chrome://restart

But what if I were to set it as my Homepage, will the browser restart indefinitely?

I currently do not have Virtual Machine configured to try this, so I am not willing to risk trying this on my host PC.

If someone does have a VM prepared with Chrome, are you able to test it?

It is not possible, the "homepage" box, in settings, will not accept the command chrome://restart, if you write the command in the box and close it, opening it immediately after, the box is empty.

Again, nope!

Nope. It restarts when you put that command on the address bar but not when launching Chrome.

Yup. noticed this too. Homepage is blank.
