Solved Windows 10 Activation Failed

My version of Windows 10 can't activate. It says, "Activation failed because this device doesn't have a valid digital entitlement or product key. Error code: 0x803F7001"

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Reboot

I had an activated Windows 10 Home Single Language before this. Now, it's just Home. I updated through the Media Tool. I didn't find any option for the Single Language. So, I downloaded and installed the Home version. Could this be the problem?

Thanks! So, why does the Media Creation Tool have no option for other editions?

Well, I don't know, when Windows 10 was released, I downloaded and installed the single language edition on my USB with the media tool.

I also recalled that I had an option for the Single Language in the first Windows 10 release. I really don't know why this time it's not present.
Anyway, I'm downloading the package now. It will take me 10-12 hours waiting time again for the download alone.
