Win10Privacy is the best for granular (more fine) control. You can use it to uninstall unwanted Windows Apps. If you test it you will see what I mean...
:) I just download Win10 Privacy & the other two programs you wrote, plus I download some similar programs, and I already have some programs in my computer - ( :D :D :D ) - and now I have quite a large selection to explore and choose what programs is the best for me and my Win 10. :)

I don't mind people using these programs, in fact, I exploit some of it to remove bloat, but there's people actually disabling Smartscreen and other crucial security components of 10 because they bunch them all together into the same camp. I see this doing more harm than good.

Yeah... don't disable everything ! You have to pay attention to what is being disabled !

Fact: Even after all telemetry features disabled, Windows 10 is phoning home more than you could ever think of.

Let's accept the fact and move on, Microsoft is already smart enough to avoid any lame bypass.

Whether you like it our not, the purpose is meant for good and not on bad. Of course possible theories will never vanish.
