I'd assume you'd get it free because you linked your email to the insider program and are using the build, but I'm not entirely sure if that's true. Most people will be getting the upgrade for free anyways.

EDIT :

As long as you are running an Insider Preview build and connected with the MSA (Microsoft Account) you used to register, you will receive the Windows 10 final release build and remain activated - Microsoft's Gabe Aul
