Microsoft has released an out-of-band Windows 10 update to fix a bug that was causing internet connectivity issues on devices with proxies, including virtual private networks (VPNs).

This is a fairly big download, I'm wondering why its so big and have not installed it, just in case there's more in it than there immediately appears to be(my long time experience of Microsoft not always being entirely open). I have had connection issues recently and I do use VPNs a lot so I probably will install it if I see that others are not finding new things have been broken by it.
