Windows 10, provides the official ISO

I want to download windows 10 but I need English us, I have only English and English international. which one is the us version?

You mentioned media creation tool was downloading 5GB image.

Mine was Win 7 64 Home OEM. I let Windows Updates download Win 10. Then I created ISO & bootable USB with Install.esd.
Install.esd was app 2.66GB & the created ISO is app 3.7GB.

Is the image different or same for users with OEM Windows & Pro Windows on their system?

it was a 5gb iso, because i choose to download both version of windows pro (x86 & x64)
