Yesterday, I updated my Lumia to Windows 10. Today I notice that I am facing problem with skype. At the time of video calling the screen goes black. What is the problem?

Yesterday, I updated my Lumia to Windows 10. Today I notice that I am facing problem with skype. At the time of video calling the screen goes black. What is the problem?

Can you connect calls, and hear them, just not view? If so, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

First of, can you tell us which Lumia device?

Things you can try:

• Restart Lumia
• Check for updates (Wifi)
• Disconnect Skype from Messaging (How to disconnect Skype from Messaging in Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile) - Dec 2015.
• Long press and Uninstall Skype, reinstall Skype from Windows Store

If all of above fail, look online for another solution.
