Troubleshoot Windows 10 Update is stuck at 1803 build. How to fix it?

I've just after Installing windows 10, and Windows 10 Update Is stuck at 1803...I click on, check for updates, but It says you;re up tp date.
Is there anything wrong with Windows 10 Update?

something in your computer (app, driver etc) is preventing it to push thru to 1809 update. Video driver could be the culprit, go to your computer's official support site check the driver downloads. double check if your computer is using the latest video driver.

Use Dism++ and check off SxS assembies, Update history, NET assembly, WinSxs temp files, Windows update cache, temp files and log files. Once cleared, reboot and use WU to fetch the updates to upgrade to new major version.

No, because I have no update problems. But if I ever do ... then I have it!.

I need to ask you a standard question first. Did you use any privacy tweak program after installing the Windows? If yes, then you might want to undo those tweaks first. Otherwise, straight up follow the instructions from the link below.
