windows 10 upgrade query

Hi i have the following query-
I have the windows 10 iso and i am running Windows 7.. Is there a way to upgrade to Windows 10 using the iso.. I mean, will my key be preserved if i install with iso? Thanks..
Also will my current drivers work with win10? Will the win 7 drivers run on it? (because the win10 version isn't out yet)

You must first upgrade to Windows 10 via Windows update.

The key will then be transferred and validated automatically via server, then you can reinstall the ISO without entering any key.
Check the new drivers on manufacturer site.

I got my drivers updated automatically along with windows update.
