Windows 10 Violates French Law

With all that noise about privacy I wonder if Microsoft might think about releasing 2 versions of Windows: telemetry free and regular. This would save them form this kind of trouble with lows and they could probably charge something extra for privacy feature or less (nothing) for phone home version.

Not surprise, cause debating with Microsoft on privacy is certain an endless.

Yes you may win on a case but the defeat is still a long pace for that company , since already establish the foundation to maintain from different flaws.
