Since computer is only slow after wake-from-sleep, and fast again after restart.
I thought it would have something to do with driver or sleep state. So I dumped
reports before and after sleep
powercfg -Energy -output c:\temp\energy_orig.html,
powercfg -Energy -output c:\temp\energy_slow.html

Here are the differences

CPU Utilization:Individual process with significant processor utilization.
This process is responsible for a significant portion of the total processor utilization recorded during the trace.
Process Name System
PID 4
Average Utilization (%) 21.38
Module Average Module Utilization (%)
\SystemRoot\system32\hal.dll 19.45
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\usbehci.sys 1.69
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\yk62x64.sys 0.10

I am new to this forum. Please let me know what else I need to provide. Thanks in advance!

Somehow I had that file before, I've renamed to addition_11_2_2014.txt and attached.
Running again does not generate a new addition.txt somehow.
