What do you mean by 'lock extensions folder'?

Do you mean to password-protect Google Chrome with using your Google Account, which can be done using Profiles. This prevents unauthorised users from using Chrome and changing the settings.

Seems its been mentioned to the thread regarding on folder lock where the tools to avoid any access nor deleting it.
