According to the changelog :

Added “Best Location” to the location list

Instead after upgrading, I lost the best selection from the list.

Yup, I lost that too. I think that's a bug.

I wish they can be clearer on how the double-hop works. Does it pairs the nearest 2 servers or does it pairs the fastest 2 servers? Or pairing of any 2 servers will do the job? There's also no indication of which 2 servers are being paired.

OK, I uninstalled and re-install Windscribe and the "Best Location" came back

:)

I have a Windscribe 50GB promo plan account.

To upgrade to Pro, I need to enter my pro key in "Claim Voucher" in My Account?

Are you referring to your win for the MT Giveaway? If yes, then it's correct. Enter the given license key/code

For me I created a new account and applied the license key/code given

Yes, MT Giveaway

So do you think new account would be better?
I mean would there be difference like new account show pro plan & entering the pro key in "claim voucher" show promo plan?

Not sure. I think the 50GB giveaway is only for 50GB and after that Windscribe will ask you to upgrade to Pro. You can use up the 50GB giveaway first and then see the outcome. My 50GB giveaway still not use up yet
