If you require use of the TCP protocol and the Circumvent Censorship feature, you can add ws-use-openvpn-wintun to the Advanced Parameters setting to force the use of the wintun driver.

I can download from direct download on the Windscribe website. No problems. Installed over thee top and working fine. I don't use internal updater for VPNs. Direct links only.
