To be honest i never used iolo system mechanic, so unfortunately i can not answer your question.

Who is better wise care 365 or iolo system mechanic????

All products by iolo have a track record of destroying user systems.
If you do some searching and read user reviews at download sites you will be able to see System Mechanics is not recommended by many users.

Read user commits on WOT.

I have tried System Mechanics several times in the past and it is a very dangerous product, poorly coded and doesn't have fail safes like other tools.

I never had a problem with Wise products.
