I use it & it does a great job at cleaning & Defragging my P.C.
Defrag is much faster than Windows defrag.
The Advanced Cleaner & System Slimming should be used with caution IMO.

I bought a lifetime licence for Wise 365 which was also updated today, many years ago which has always been honoured, regardless as to the rights & wrongs of using such programs its good to see registry cleaning is no longer enabled by default, that makes using it simpler at least for me

Do you use the "System tuneup" part or disable it too?

Yes I have used the tune up module though probably because of other settings such as O&O it always says all setting applied, never causes any issues.
