No, it only scans with existing database (VirusTotal). I am looking for software that reports file (virus) to a multiple antivirus vendors. X-Ray 2.0 is pretty buggy and it only reports it to like 10 - 15 vendors.

It's 4 years outdated. Isn't there really a tool to send file to multiple antivirus vendors (virus)?

1) Phrozensoft Virustotal Uploader (Discontinued)
2) VirScan
3) MetaDefender
