About my UAC settings, I chose "Default - Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer" despite my OS because I use SuRun.

also should def. create backup use hdd, cloud or ny other medium that suits u

No problem I will take care of it.
 
Other then the suggestions of back up "which i agree with", config looks good!
 
Maybe you should add MBAM free as another free scanner (doesn't hurts),and if it's a shared pc maybe Toolwiz Time Freeze (freeware) may be useful or Shadow Defender (paid)...just my 2 cents...
Oh,and yep,a backup program is crucial so you better hurry installing one.
