I would personally pick avast! and enable hardened mode. I'm not claiming that you should trust avast! blindly though, but avast! is a pretty reputable company so they wouldn't do anything that'd hurt their reputation. Add hitmanpro to your on-demand scanner since it offers super-fast scans and great detection.
