I read the rules and before doing anything I would like to inform you that unfortunately it is my business PC. But my it-support asked to run antivirus scan, it didn't help, and the only suggestion that they had was to restore system completely.
I don't have time for this, + i'm not sure that after i retrieve my backup data the issue won't come back.
So please, if this is not acceptable for you, let me know if you can't proceed. I'm totally understanding!
