Regrettably, I purchased 10 licenses to ZAL and don't even use it now. I got them to refund 3 of them, but the rest languish.

so at the end I don't mind that they give ZAM for free but I can't see the logic behing it...

zemana started off as an anti-logger protection & i guess that is there forte. zal also costs $10 more.

I'm sure that when Zemana Ultimate is released, they will begin to display ads to all ZAM users hoping they buy the enhanced version.

as per my experience of zemana, in all probability they will do the voluntary beta tester thingy with free lifetime keys like before.
