am I correct to think that this issue also affects Brave...?
From that article:
In light of active exploitation, users of Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi are also advised to apply the fixes as and when they become available.
At the moment only Vivaldi and Brave have these latest chromium updates.
Edge probably also UpToDate now, but no release notes yet...

I updated Edge and Chrome last night on my daily driver laptop, both updates worked fine. I updated Chrome on my secondary laptop today, that one went fine too. But when I updated Edge on my secondary laptop it popped up a split-screen window prompting me to use "Copilot Vision". I have Copilot turned off in my settings but I really do wish MS would just respect my preferences.
