Zeroacess Removal Failed

It appeared to have been fixed on the first run but Once i turned on MSE again I discovered the problem recurrred. After running the two with MSE turned on, remnants were found and removed. I performed a Malwarebytes scan, which was successful, rebooted several times and all seems well.
