Thanks for the update.
Does anyone know if Hasleo have an option to ignore bad sectors like Macrium, AOMEI and Acronis?
Didn't notice such an option unless the screenshot is from an old version.
Currently, I am still using Macrium Reflect Free for now and can't check myself (I can, but I am a bit lazy today ).

The following version (V4.8 Beta) supports mounting the volume in the disk backup image file (including system backups, file backups are not supported) as a virtual drive.

I am trying to back up files/folders from my PC to Koofr cloud storage. Is it possible to back up to cloud using Hasleo as I did not find anything in Hasleo menus?

this is true, with each update this program is getting better and better.
you can make a backup copy of the entire system to an external drive.

AFAIK Hasleo doesn't have cloud backup feature. You need to manually backup files/folders to an image and then upload the image file. You could save the files on a different location from where cloud software can sync them. (if your cloud have a desktop app for that)

Today I updated to version 4.8, after updating Windows Defender detected a Hasleo component as potentially dangerous.

V4.8.1 also contained a recently signed MOUNT driver (for those whose OS required driver signing)... it was not available in the v4.8 release.

Most likely Windows does not like the new certificate or did not whitelist it yet. I doubt it is WHQL, since Hasleo stated that they can not afford to buy it, so it seems like a workaround.

I see, it's strange that in previous versions it hasn't given this error, or at least it didn't give me an error similar to this one.
Btw. I have added Hasleo to whitelist to avoid any conflict.

Probably a false positive since it's not detected anymore. BTW, did you increase the cloud level protection of MD manually or by using something like Configure Defender?

After upgrading to the latest version and removing Hasleo from MD exclusions, there is no problem. I'm actually using MD with the default settings.
