The Cltmngui.exe process  is a part of the “Search Protect by conduit” program, and is developed by Conduit Ltd, a company known for their malicious programs.
Cltmngui.exe has 9 known versions, the most recent one is Cltmngui.exe is run as a standard windows process with the logged in user’s account privileges. By adding a startup entry to the run registry key, the file will be executed when the user logs into Windows. The average file size is about 2.45 MB.

If you have Cltmngui.exe program on your system, you will typically see two “Cltmngui.exe” processes running in the Windows Task Manager.

STEP 1 : Uninstall Cltmngui.exe program from your computer

Cltmngui.exe was installed with adware or browser hijacker program that you have recently installed on your computer. In our case Cltmngui.exe infection was installed with the MixiDJ toolbar, MixiDJ Chrome Toolbar and Cltmngui.exe programs.
