Troubleshoot 01 min to fully charge

My lenovo ideapad 310-15idk still discharging even charger is plugged, its showing 01 min to fully charge even the battery level is very low and its still charge but needs to draining first the battery until the laptop is black out before charging the laptop. any tips please

Depending on the age and reliability of the battery, it may be time to replace it.

1. How many years old is the laptop?
2. Did you buy it new or used?
3. How frequently do you use it 1. plugged in vs 2. on battery?
4. What OS does the laptop run?

If it's still under warranty, you may be able to receive support from Lenovo.

1. Maybe 2 years 2. ts already used when i buy it 3. hmmm Minimal when plugged 4. windows 10

When the battery is charged in 100% it can run 3-4 hours.

Itried to Disconnect the battery and try to use it just using AC power but its not opening even the Charging light is not Lighting.
