trying to put SysRestore Pro form Giveaway
on my mates computer but Error

any else having a issue?

This product messed up my PC I couldn't even reinstall Windows.
It took me 3 hours to sort my PC.

this kind of products dont works well with SSD HDDs.

Btw, installd it on my Girlfriend laptop (Win7 x64) , BSODs at reboot, BSODs in safe mode...uninstalled it.

Well Defrag and optimize last night with Auslogics and it totaly
shreaded the snapshots as expected ,
And my friend still cant activate his version ,

So would not advise defraging ,

I got away with useing the Quick defrag and kept the restore points
but I can say that defraging SysRestore is a risk,

Returnil 2012 and the up comeing CTM are worth a look
I dont see my self sticking with SysRestore I still waiting to hear from
their support , and my mate still cant activate his copy of SysRestore pro

You should never defrag with snapshot software like this...

I too Got BSOD while installing it had to format and reinstall everything from scratch since Backup for some odd reason did not work even after restoring
Maybe will use returnil 2012 instead but i guess its still in closed beta

Yea I given up on now SysRestore
as soon as returnil is released going to try that
and my mate is still waiting to hear for SysRestore support,
I know it the weekend but dont they check their email ......

I don't even think their Pro version is worth $29.95 (per PC), Pro edition offers more snapsnots only?

yes i know, for rollback now i use Acronis Try and Decide (built-in Acronis True Image). so i avoid conflicy between Rollback softs an Imaging softs.

Very good Acronis I use this software for some time, but careful when using the Acronis Try and Decide no need to use Disk Error Check, Disk Defragmenter or convert and resize your disk because your Windows became unbootable
Note:I did something stupid: I installed Acronis Try and Decide SysRestore when it was active, and my Windows became unbootable
