qihoo itselft doesnt have any offline database, its relies on bitdefender or/and avira and from my own experience i can tell you that they are not good.. But well usb protection is enough to prevent any infection of any exe or dll file in an USB. With VBS malware is another story

Even without the offline engines it will protect from Autorun viruses.
