A few problems

Hi there.

I'm trying to play Die Hard Nakatomi Plaza on my windows 8 computer.

All that comes up is a black screen. I can here the sound but not see anything. I have ran it in compatibility for winXP SP2 and win98. Both with nothing. Game details are:

Direct X 8.0 or higher
400MHz processor or higher
128MB RAM Direct X 8.0 compatible
16MB 3D hardware accelerator
High colour graphics ( 16-bit ) or higher
660MB free hard drive space
Direct X 8.0 compatible 16-bit sound card

Looking for advice. ( forgot to add this part in )

I remember that I have tried to play this game awhile ago, and I did not manage to find a fix. This game is quite old, and it has some bugs. Hopefully you will find a fix.

Edit : If u have a dual core then try this -When u launched the game press window ket in keyboard or press ctlr+alt+delete & open task manager .then in 'application' tab right lick on ur game & select ' go to process ' & then right click on ur game process & select ' set affinity ' & then select only 1 core & try the game. also try to run game in administrator.
